Len Siskind graduated from Leeds University and trained with Casson Beckman. Len later left full time corporate finance in order to develop a smaller firm. In 1988 he became a partner in Sharpe Fairbrother.
After the practice expanded from 4 to 20 employees Len became The Senior Partner at Sharpe Fairbrother and merged the practice with Hazlems Fenton in October 2008.
