Michael Krieger
Michael is a general practice partner with a varied client portfolio based mostly in the services sector, including property, publishing, IT, recruitment, charities and the film industry. Michael also advises many foreign clients who are setting up businesses in the UK and who require the optimum corporate and tax structures to suit their business needs. Michael has an extensive network of contacts throughout the world enabling UK clients to set up business in other jurisdictions and foreign investors to set up businesses or subsidiary companies in the UK.
Michael trained as a chartered accountant with a medium-sized practice in 1981 and qualified in 1984. He joined Hazlems in 1988 and became one of the founding partners of Hazlems Fenton in 1989.
Michael has been a regular speaker on tax and corporate planning at overseas conferences.
