Russell Tenzer, FCA MAE MEWI

Russell TenzerRussell has a varied client base and specialises in forensic accounting, corporate finance and due diligence work, together with providing strategic advice for all companies, assisting them in developing their businesses. Russell qualified with a medium-sized practice in 1979. He spent two years at KPMG's London office where he carried out work on mergers and acquisitions and a number of special projects. Russell subsequently spent two years at N M Rothschild & Son Limited in their asset management department. He was PA to a director and represented N M Rothschilds at meetings on their equity-based funds.

In 1983 Russell, together with two other current partners, founded Hazlems, which merged to form Hazlems Fenton in 1989. Russell is head of litigation support and has prepared many reports to assist the court in litigation disputes and has attended court as a forensic expert witness.

Russell is also involved in the corporate finance arm of the practice, assisting with the raising of venture capital investments in client companies. He has a number of directorships of companies including, from 1989, that of a quoted UK plc.
