Kim Blackwell FCA: IT Manager
Kim qualified in 1982 with a medium-sized firm in the City. He was an audit manager for eight years becoming a partner in 1991 at a small firm. He developed his IT skills while there, implementing and managing IT systems for the practice.
He joined Hazlems Fenton in 1999 where he maintains and develops the firm's IT systems, and provides computer consultancy to clients on the implementation and use of accounting related systems.

Paul trained with a medium-sized firm. After qualifying in 1990, he became a manager then partner in smaller practices. In 1997, he joined the Joint Monitoring Unit as an inspector on audit and investment business visits to accountancy firms.
He started with Hazlems Fenton in December 2004, and provides technical assistance in addition to managing the firm’s regulatory compliance and training.
